Day 1: Arrival in Lao Cai – Trekking to Cat Cat Village – Overnight in Sapa Hotel
- 06:00 – Lao Cai Station: Arrival at Lao Cai, transfer to Sapa Town. Freshen up and enjoy a light breakfast.
- 08:00 – Sapa Town: Short walking tour of Sapa Market and Sapa Church, observe local life, traditional clothing, and handicrafts. This is a great introduction to the region’s vibrant culture.
- 09:30 – Cat Cat Village: Begin trekking to Cat Cat Village, home to the H’mong ethnic minority. Walk along stone paths, cross small streams, and pass waterfalls, rice terraces, and bamboo forests. Meet local families, learn about weaving and daily life, and immerse in authentic culture.
